All clocks in our guesthouse remain stopped.
Perhaps, they will start moving again once you’ve regained your time.
Built 140 years ago, time goes by silently and gently in this old house.
You’ll sometimes hear the sound of wind-bells when you lie down on the Tatami alone.
Forget your busy daily life for a while, spend your time alone thoroughly.
This is the type of luxury that we want to propose to you.

Swinging on a hammock reading your favorite books, you’ll fall into a doze.
At our guesthouse, you’ll find the “Nowhere Bookstore” , where the owner himself has
selected and gathered books one by one.

敷地内に水がチョロチョロと流れているところがあって、セリが自生しています。 その水は少ないながらもとても澄んでいます。 食べようと思って抜いたセリの根に土が付いていたので、そこの水で洗うと一気に濁ってしまいました。 しかし、水は流れ続けているのであっという間にその濁りはおさまり再び澄んだ水になりました。 静かに観察しているとメッセージが届きます。 「流れに身を任せれば良い。」 セリは豆腐とともに生姜スープに入れていただきました。 片栗粉で少しとろみをつけて。 苦味に春を感じる、ホッとする一品でした。

裏の畑便り。 ヒヨドリ（たぶん）に一瞬で葉っぱを食べ尽くされてしまったブロッコリー。 大きくなるのか、諦めて食べてしまった方かいいのか迷っているうちに、あっという間に１ヶ月経っていました。 そしてわかったことは、、 葉っぱはなくても育つ。 さて、そろそろ本当にいただきます。

裏の畑便り。 柑橘類の木を増やしました。 冬のこたつでみかんは至福です。 ジャガイモも植えました。

どこにもない家の裏山の富士山展望スポット。 裏山が工業団地になってしまったことで見えるようになった富士山。 たんたんと、今の自分ができることをやる。

昨年秋から庭を改造しています。 雑草が凄いので、掘り起こして根を取りダンボール除草をしてみています。 宿泊予約の無い日に限り1~2時間ずつ程度ですが、地道に進めております。 今日は一部において、ある程度の範囲に苔を移植しおえ、かなりの達成感を感じました。 年明けからは作業をしていると蝋梅の香りがふんわり香ってきてとても幸せな気持ちになります。 暖かくなる頃には整った庭を披露出来ればいいなと思っています。

まもなく年が暮れようとしています。 今年も多くの方をお迎えし、 あたたかな出会いにうれしさを感じる一年でした。 一方でどこにもない家にとっての今年は、別の土を耕すことに注力した一年でもあり、 静かに呼吸を整える時間であったように思います。 来年は、そこで育ったものをこの場所へ還元し、 皆さんに感じ取っていただけるよう、準備を進めて参ります。 来年もどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

2026年、どこにもない家の感覚をより磨いていきたいと思います。 本日はどこにもない家から車で7分の距離に新しく開店した「本屋 すみれ book.sumire 」さんを伺いました。 店主近藤さんの選書は惹かれるものが多く、新たな本に出合える素敵な場所が近くにできて嬉しい限りです。

脇屋の横の水路 センダングサが2〜3メートル級に育ち、つる性植物ははびこり、笹は生い茂りジャングルのようになっていたのを綺麗にしました。 水路は溜まった落ち葉などに流れてきた土が堆積、そこに雑草の根が張り水の流れも滞っていたのですが、スッキリさせたらチョロチョロと澄んだ山の水が再び流れ出しました。 ここ数年での新しい事業の展開や環境の変化にいっぱいいっぱいでなおざりにしていたところをひとつずつ手を入れていきます。 今後のどこにもない家のより良い変貌に乞うご期待です。 あいかわらず、ペースはゆっくりです🐢 #古民家#ゲストハウス#どこにもない家#コンセプト#本#モモ#時間#取り戻す
