Time goes by slowly in Nowhere House.
All clocks in our guesthouse remain stopped.
Perhaps, they will start moving again once you’ve regained your time.
Built 140 years ago, time goes by silently and gently in this old house.
You’ll sometimes hear the sound of wind-bells when you lie down on the Tatami alone.
Forget your busy daily life for a while, spend your time alone thoroughly.
This is the type of luxury that we want to propose to you.
Stories that will bring you new discovery and forgotten emotions as you turn each page.
Swinging on a hammock reading your favorite books, you’ll fall into a doze.
At our guesthouse, you’ll find the “Nowhere Bookstore” , where the owner himself has
selected and gathered books one by one.

時間が経つのは歳を重ねるごとに早くなるものですね。 というのは完全に無理矢理な言い訳で。 遅くなりましたが、2024年も皆々様には大変お世話になりました。 どこにもない家として、派手さはなかったものの粛々と訪れてくださる皆様に良い時間を過ごしていただけるよう尽力させていただきました。 設備としては不十分な点が多々ある古民家ですが、滞在を喜んで下さった皆様をお見送りする時には、毎度のことで多大なる感謝の気持ちに包まれます。 スピードは本当にゆっくりかもしれませんが、少しずつでもより心遣いの行き届いた場所になれるよう励んで参りたいと思います。 今年もどうぞよろしくお願い致します。 #古民家#ゲストハウス#どこにもない家#コンセプト#本#モモ#時間#取り戻す

干し柿の記録。 今年は11月でも暑さが続き、雨も降ったりでなかなか干す条件が揃わず苦戦しました。 例年より目をかけ手をかけた結果、なんとかカビることなく干しあがってきた柿。 暖かな陽射しの軒下で暖かいお茶と共にひとつ食べてみました。 一口かじると溢れ出しそうなほどトロッとした柿の実。 口いっぱいにひろがる甘味をお茶でさっぱり流し込む。 ひと仕事した後の至福の時間でした。 #干し柿#てづくり#古民家#ゲストハウス#どこにもない家#コンセプト#本#モモ#時間#取り戻す
